If you have overpaid a levy or paid a levy in error, you can request your bank to recall the funds back to your account. 
If your lot is in credit, and you require ESM to refund this money to you, please be aware that there is a $27.50 administration charge for processing a refund that will be deducted from your refund amount, unless otherwise authorized by your Strata Company.
