The latest copy of your Certificate of Currency is provided to you as part of the last Notice of Annual General Meeting issued.

If this CoC has expired since this time, you can apply for a copy at no charge.

Alternatively, if you require a copy of the document you have already received, the Strata Company does charge a fee under Section 107 & 109 of the Strata Titles Act 2018. The fee incurred is outlined in the Strata Titles (General) Regulations 2018.
