Can you tell me the gate code to enter my property?

In order for us to maintain the integrity of your scheme's security system, you will need to identify yourself as a resident of the building for us to give you the code over the phone.

If you send an email request from the email we have on our records, this will be enough to determine your identity. Otherwise, you may be asked further questions, for example; your lot number; details of your last payment, levy amount or other details pertaining to your records.

If you are a tenant, the person you pay rent to (the Property Manager or owner) will have this information, or can contact your strata company on your behalf. We do not maintain tenant details on our system therefore cannot ascertain the identity of tenants.
